My Winter Time Blend


This is another great blend from Peterson. It's a nice Virgnia/Black Cavendish blend with a casing of honey, vanilla, and walnut. The walnut was the casing that came through the most pronounced. This is why I have decided to keep it more as a winter time blend. It smoked wonderfully even and all the way to the bottom, but while I was smoking it on a sunny 85 degree day I kept saying to myself, "This would be amazing in front of a fireplace in winter watching Christmas specials". Definitely worth the pick up and try. Tasty blend, that I will surely keep stocked up on.
