Milk chocolate icebox pie.

I can't comment on the different tobaccos used in this blend like many others can, I just concentrate on the flavor - after all that's what it's all about isn't it?  I like to try a new blend on the weekend so that I can smoke it several times in a day which leaves the smell on your body and in you clothes and seems to follow you around all day!  This seems to lead to a much better overall impression than just one pipe full of just faint taste and smell.  All day long I kept getting a milk chocolate impression very similiar to a milk chocolate icebox pie from the store!  I can't argue with that.  Wife loved it and usually she says pipe tobacco is OK until you burn it!  Will buy more and cellar for a few months to see if it gets even better!  By the way, I use a 3/4 inch gauge churchwarden so no heat or bite for me.

Milk Choc. Pie Update

Update: Strange.  After initial review, I transfered to a 1/2 pint Ball jar and cellared it for several months.  Required serious rehydration.  It has lost all the milk chocolate taste and has been replaced by woodsy  Burley taste.  Not bad but the initial taste must have just been a slight top coat before canning and not a real casing.  Rough cut is very springy so tamp often to keep it going.  I am now going to cellar it with my English stuff and try it in my gourd Calabash.
