The name refers to a pastoral section of Cohoes, a city to the north of Albany, NY. Imagine strolling through this peaceful area with this light and dark mixture with an amazing aroma and flavor. Hints of cherry and brandy with just the right amount of sweetness characterize this cool smoking blend. This is one for all-day, everyday.

After Dinner Apertif

This was my first try of a Russ Ouellette blend and I'm glad I tried this one.The tobacco is mostly dark brown with a few ribbons of yellowish or golden threads. The tin aroma is pleasant with a slight hint of cherry and brandy. The moisture level was good for an instant smoke from the tin. I have found most cherry aromatics have a bite but this blend of cherry is tamed with the brandy, making it a cool no bite delight of a smoke. It was like sipping Amaretto liquer, and had a pleasant aftertaste which was very satisfying.Manor Heights has just the right amount of flavor without the heavy goop as some aromatics possess.I reccommend all aromatic smokers give this blend a try.
